Darell W. Sparks, a Montana state prisoner, appeals pro se the district courts Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) dismissal of his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action claiming that Family Services of Miles City ("Family Services") violated his due process rights by failing to investigate Sparks allegations that his former in-laws, Joan and David Eddy, are unfit guardians for his twelve-year-old son, Paul. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm.
